Right click on the user and do you see an option called as Exchange tasks even if the mailbox is deleted.

Well the user is deleted from active directory as well, so there is no user to right click on. &nbsp;Do you mean for me to go somewhere else?

It can take a couple of hours for an email address to completely replicate out of the domain. What does message tracking say is happening to the messages?<br />

This mailbox was actually deleted months ago, I just found out recently that people weren't receiving &quot;Undeliverable&quot; bounce back messages. &nbsp;The message tracking says:<br />

2/16/2009 5:24PM SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing<br />
2/16/2009 5:24PM SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queue<br />
2/16/2009 5:24PM SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer<br />
2/16/2009 5:24PM SMTP: Message Categorized and Queued for Routing<br />
2/16/2009 5:24PM SMTP: Non-Delivered Report (NDR) Generated<br />

But I never actually receive an email saying &quot;Undeliverable - this mailbox doesn't exist&quot; like I do with other deleted mailboxes.<br />

That works perfectly! Turns out I had my facts confused, this wasn't working for ANY deleted mailboxes when sending from an external email address. &nbsp;Internally we received a NDR with no problem. &nbsp;Thank you so much!
