You could try going into Exchange System Manager --&gt; Connectors --&gt; Right Click on your outbound SMTP connector, properties --&gt; Advanced Tab &amp;&nbsp;click the outbound security button.<br />

From here you can choose your authentication. The easiest one to get working successfully is Basic Authentication. Select it's radio button and then press modify to enter in a valid username and password for the ISP's server you are sending your outbound mail to.<br />

Ive checked already, it is in no user and pass required.. If i give a valid username and pass, others might have trouble sending or receiving from this.

we actually have a static ip address here at our office.. And actually the domain is hosted at godaddy.com.. and one domain is hosted here at our server.. But we do not know what is messing it up, either godaddy or our server

64.202.166.11 points to mailstore1.secureserver.ne<wbr />t. This server returned a 550 SMTP which probably means that you are not allowed to relay to this server. The problem may be to do with authentication, or you could have been blacklisted if your server was possibly used to send out any spam (unawares to you). <br />

It might be worth dropping a mail to your ISP's engineers to ask them to see why it has stopped working all of a sudden. (it has worked ok before yes??)<br />

I think you missed what i was trying to say though in my prev. post. Why do you not change the MX records on your domain to point to your offices IP address and deliver mail directly to your server? It will eliminate the need for the ISP and you will be able to troubleshoot problems much easier.
