Stop Error code 1000008e, help with minidump files required

Dear all,

I have a machine that has recently suffered a couple of STOP errors. I'm hoping that an expert can open the minidumps and give me some pointers to resolving the problem. For instance what module caused the O/S crash.

I've attached the minidumps along with Event Viewer details and dumpchk output. I had to change the file extension of the minidumps to .txt please change back

Windows XP sp2
No new hardware installed recently.
New software installed 2 weeks prior to these STOP errors, I don't think it's related.

A potential complication is that this computer is hosted remotely and I only have access to it via remote desktop so I can't run boot CD tools for instance. Also it is not connected to the Internet so I could not use MS online crash advisor, if that even still exists.

Thanks, in advance.

Hi!

I will check these dmp files later tonight and see what I can find!
When do these errors occurs?

Thanks - they occur during normal use, they both happened around 3pm in the afternoon - which initially led me to believe it might be something to do with overheating (the machine is in a server room). However the error code in question 0x100008E is normally associated with failure of a device driver (according to the brief web research I did). Also both the errors look very similar, I'm assuming RAM error or overheat would be more random.

I do indeed have an nvidia graphics card - so it sounds like a corrupted driver is the culprit. Thanks for looking through these files, I appreciate it.
