Hi,

one of my user has reported the issue that when he set out of office reply , the one who received his out of office reply receive it with subject line other than english.
in short subject line display in german/dutch language , and rest of message is in english. i have suggest the sloution from support article from microsoft :http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270018
but still no luck, can you plz help out in solving this issue ? thanks in advance.

Are we talking about Exchange 2003 here?

Can you confirm if it has Service Pack 2 installed??

this issue is facing with all user whose mailboxes are there on this particular exchange server. we have received another same complaint from one more user, the locales setting on exchange server is set to english(UK), which is expected than also there is issue. kinldy suggest. thanks

ok fine, i will tell him to try this, but the concern is more than one user had reported this issue, secondly they are using outlook2003, there is option which you said in outlook 2003, let see i will propsed him this solution to performed and let you know if any concern. thanks
