I am not sure if this solution is the best for my situation. &nbsp;All I am looking to do is connect to the users drives after a vpn connection is made using the Cisco VPN client. &nbsp;Is there a more staight forward was to accomplish this?

I am trying to setup a vpn connection for 5-10 VPN users that will authenticate to the SBS 2008 and map a user drive and share drive. &nbsp;What is the best way to accomplish this? &nbsp;I currently have a vpn connection available with split tunneling, would the best way be to not authenticate to the SBS 2008 and create a bat file that the users have to click on to map their drives? &nbsp;Just looking for some input as to how to accomplish this task the right way.

ASA 5505 and SBS 2008 VPN

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately. The most notable inclusions are Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint and ISA/TMG (Microsoft's firewall and proxy server).

Hardware-based firewalls provide more sophisticated protection for inbound and outbound traffic than the simple Windows software firewall or the basic NAT firewalls found in routers. These devices implement techniques such as stateful packet inspection, deep packet inspection, and content filtering; and may include built-in antivirus and anti-malware protection.

Hardware Firewalls

Cisco PIX is a dedicated hardware firewall appliance; the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) is a firewall and anti-malware security appliance that provides unified threat management and protection the PIX does not. Other Cisco devices and systems include routers, switches, storage networking, wireless and the software and hardware for PIX Firewall Manager (PFM), PIX Device Manager (PDM) and Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM).
