Installing Exchange server 2007 management tools on a non-domain Windows Vista computer.

I have a laptop and I manage a Windows 2003 AD domain that has Exchange Server 2007. I have the AD management tools loaded on the laptop and they work fine. I have mapped drives to the domain and they work fine. I am even running Outlook 2007 Connected to the exchange server 2007 ( not POP or IMAP ). However, When I try and load the management tools for Exchange server 2007 I get the following errors.
Summary: 1 item(s). 0 succeeded, 1 failed.
