Forward All internal Internet traffic to Proxy server

Routers

I was wondering if it is possible to forward all Internal internet traffic to a proxy server?  I don't have a ISA server, so this would need to be done with our Switches (Cisco 3500) or Router (Cisco 1800)  the proxy server is in front on the router...

I would like to do this so i will no longer have to enter proxy settings into users Browser, and for people who install other browsers this option would allow them to be filtered no matter what...

Can this be done?

thanks,
