MS Exchange Issues

Network Info: Static IP using Windstream Broadband

I just installed WSBS 2008 last weekend for a client and we have had nothing but headaches trying to get everything working. My original trouble began when the Outlook 2007clients would not connect to the mail server after setting up Outlook Anywhere but installing a SSL cert for (remote.domain.com) cleared that up.

My main problem now is outgoing mail is not getting delivered and I am receiving delay messages from the server after several hours. What could be causing this delay?

Well, looks like somehow outgoing mail has cleared up for the most part. Everything was configured correctly as far as I can tell. Maybe the destination was just not reachable on the first couple of delivery tries. I can send mail to yahoo, gmail, etc. and it shows up immediately but not to a few other domains where I have personal email hosted.

This is the info I am getting from the server:
Reporting-MTA: dns; SERVERNAME.domain.local Final-recipient: RFC822; shane@domain.com Action: delayed Status: 5.4.0 X-Supplementary-Info: < #4.4.7 smtp;400 4.4.7 Message delayed>
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
