I have two Exchange 2007 servers in the same AD site. One in New York and the other in London.
The problem i that the New York Exchange 2007 has all roles installed and is the internet facing CAS server and the London Exchange 2007 server also has all roles installed.
Users on London exchange 2007 server are unable to access OWA via the external web address of the internet facing exchange in New york.
The error received is as below
Outlook Web Access is not currently available for the user mailbox that you are trying to access. If the problem continues, contact technical support for your organization and tell them the following: The Microsoft Exchange Client Access server that is proxying the Outlook Web Access requests is running an older version of Microsoft Exchange than the Client Access server in the mailbox Active Directory site.
I have no External URL listed in the London CAS server and have enabled Windows intergrated auth.
i have read alot of articles and understand both server communicate over SSL. could it be the case that my London exchange server only has the default generated SSL ?
Please help i am stuck..
Many Thanks in advance
