Can't access our own company website

I am a part of a small business and we can't access our own website on any of our computers.  Our website is hosted by another company, and everyone else in the outside world can access it, but we cannot.  We can get on any other website, just down our own.  This just happened overnight.  One day it worked, the next day it didn't.

I can't ping the website.  It times out.

I did nslookup www.domain.com and it successfully returns the IP address of the site.

I read something about the DNS server, and Forward Lookup Zones, but I didn't understand.

I tried with Firefox and IE7.

I use XP SP3 and Windows Server 2003.

Our internal domain is domain.local and there is a record in the Forward Lookup Zones both for the .local and for the website with a www sheet.

I tried changing the IP address of the website www sheet, and it said the associated pointer (PTR) record cannot be created because the referenced reverse lookup zone cannot be found.  Does that mean anything?

Also, when I type in the IP address of the website as a URL in the web browser, it displays "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)".

I got it to work now, thanks.
