Control a very simple timeline video in flash CS4

I have recently purchased Flash CS4 and have not used flash since the very early version from many years ago and it has changed so much...

I want to import a video that I have created in after effects and all I want to do is have it stop (well pause) at certain keyframes and then on  the press of a keyboard button (space or enter) and then resume play from the same point before it stops at the next dedicated keyframe and agin place the keyboard action but don't know where to start.

I opened my old flash 4 and was able to do it in seconds however I would like to use CS4.

Sorry this is such a dumb question but I am baffled by the action scripting box!!
