No but I know the reason the line appears so thick. Each cell has it's own border so when you have more then one cell you are getting the bottom border on one cell and the top of the one below it giving the appearance of a thick line when in effect it two border lines of one pixel each. I just don't know how to get around that problem. The exterior borders where there are adjacent cells are fine

By turning the bottom and right border off in the td tag, you get it closer to what you want.<br />

The only way to get it perfect would be to create a class for the bottom and top set of td tags that turns off the correct borders and apply those classes manually to the td tags in those rows. &nbsp;But this makes table generation a huge PITA.
