Hi, I want to send an email out to everyone in the company that contains form fields that recipients can use &nbsp;to fill out information about their assets. For example, I want the email to have fields for what type of laptop they have, model number, peripherals, etc, and have them fill out the form and reply back to me with the requested information. &nbsp;Is there a way that I can custom create a form and send it out, to do this? If so, how?
