IIS - W3WP.exe consumes maximum CPU Usage

Microsoft IIS Web ServerWindows Server 2003

I have a IIS 6.0 setup with around 75 Websites hosted on one Server.
All the websites have same Default Application Pool.
The setup seemed to work well for quite some time.
But recently the CPU utilization by the W3WP.exe process is too high, say 90 % and above for most of the time.

How do i find out why this is happening or which website out of the 75 is causing the high utilization?

Is there any way to fine tune IIS for better performance?
