Dear necati_cehreli: &nbsp;Thank you for your comment. &nbsp;I used Regedit to change the data from C/Users...etc &nbsp;to the location I prefer. &nbsp;&quot;Documents&quot; on he start menu changed it target accordingly, but after a minute it changed back to its default condition. &nbsp;The registry value is still modified for redirecting. &nbsp;Please advise. &nbsp;Also, is there a way to recover the &quot;Location&quot; tab on the Documents folder properties?

I just installed Windows Vista Business Edition SP-1 on a system with a Pentium 4 CPU and 2 GB RAM. &nbsp;Because my documents reside on a different drive from the system drive, I attempted to redirect the Documents folder on the start menu so it would point to my documents. &nbsp;I made a mistake and canceled the operation in the midst of it. &nbsp;Since then the location tab is missing from the Documents folder properties. &nbsp;I don't have a Vista DVD -- the Vista O.S. was downloaded from the Microsoft store. &nbsp;I also didn't create a restore point before this problem developed. &nbsp;Perhaps there is a registry key or value which I need to restore. &nbsp;Thank you.
