Printer will not print in color
Have a HP Office Jet all in one G85, Relaced color cartridge with HP brand ink. went thru alignment, primed & cleaned heads printed results in color. but internet, programs test pages will not print color. have win XP Home Edition SP 3 installed. Any ideas

open Internet explorer>click tools>click Internet options>click advanced tab>scroll down under printing>& put a check mark for print color backgrounds
What driver?
Sometimes there are 2 drivers, PCL% and PCL6, and often the PCL6 one does not support colour.
Other than that, check the print driver>advanced tab>printing defaults, ensure that is set to colour

the printer is been printing color for 2 yrs, no trouble, yes printer is set to color
