trying to learn the system and he best way for me to do that is from scratch and look at all the options to set up phantom phones and acd, ars, etc....<br />

I'm not sure if you can I did a few google searches on it and I've seen a few ppl say they have done it.<br />

Now if it can hard part need to find where I cane download the shoretel software and if I need a licence or not or if I can even get that far hehe<br />
