Cisco 871W with external DNS and internal web server NAT challenge

Hello all.  I have been researching and testing this problem for some time.  Please assist.

I have a Cisco 871W with a static Internet address and a web server on the inside network.  The problem is I cannot access the web page from the inside network.  Internet access to the web server works fine. There is no DNS server on the internal network nor can I justify installing one.  Some resolutions I have seen indicate tweaking DNS to fix the problem.

Outside DNS resolution works fine, returning the IP address of the outside interface.  However, the NAT does not seem to work.  Some of my tests indicated the router itself was responding as I was prompted for a login.  After researching this forum, I added the "no ip http server " command.  That made sense (and a difference) but I still cannot access the web page from inside.  There is simply no response from the server.  If the access list is blocking communications, why would the router respond with a login prompt?

Can anyone identify what the problem is?  Attached is my configuration and thanks in advance!
