Just messing around with a simple php script and need some help with arrays.

I have a php form that has a number of fields that I want to put into an array. When I print the results however,  it treats empty fields as entries .

When printing my array, how can I get php to print only the fields that have text in them?

Here's a sample of my form:

<form name=New method=POST action=process.php>
<input type=text name=ns[] value="">
<input type=text name=ns[] value="">
<input type=text name=ns[] value="">
<input type=text name=ns[] value="">
<input type=text name=ns[] value="">
<input type=text name=ns[] value="">
<input type=submit class="Style" value="Submit">
</form>

Printing the array:
foreach($_POST["ns"] as $key=>$value) {

      print "ID = ".$key."<br>";
      print "Name = ".$value;
      print "<hr>";
