SBS 2008 moving the public data folder to another drive

Hello

I have used the move wizards to move the redirected folder, and the user shares, but these wizards did not move the "public" folder that is in C:\users\public

Should it have ? and if so did I miss something ?

If it shouldn't have, how do I go about this please ?

Thank you

In addition, would you recommend not actually using the "public" folder ? and instead just create new shared folders for data ?

Does the public folder have "everyone" permissions ? (I'm not infront of the box to look)
