asked on Access Denied to Removable Storage
Having a problem on a Win XP computer. Every removable storage option shows a red circle with a stroke through it and access is denied. User is logged in as the administrator but no access. I cannot figure out how to remove this security feature. Have attached a jpg screen shot to show the image. Thanks for any help.

Thanks. I'll try these solutions, hopefully this weekend. This computer is at a remote location, and it is not turned on right now. I was hoping to get some solutions over the weekend, and I'll try them on Monday for certain. I sent an email to my customer, and asked them to turn the computer on before Monday, so if they do, then I can give these options a go.

Finally got around to trying both those suggestions, and neither one worked. Still disabled.
