Cannot retrive external email in Exchange Server 2007

Last Modified: 2012-05-06
I know that this is a problem due to my lack of experiance with Exchange 2007 but I am in need of help so here goes.
Installed new SBS 2008 and am in the process of setting up Exchange Server, I have gone through all the setup wizards, added users in the AD tested internal mail, and can login to OWA without any problems, what I cannot figure out is how to retrieve external mail from a hosted domain. The old server was a SBS 2003 and I had Exchange 2003 running on it for 4 years without any problems, Where I am stuck is that on SBS 2003 exchange I could right click on POP connector and add a external domain, the users external email address and password and the locale account that the external email should be sent to, I realized that this feature no longer exsits on SBS 2008 so I am not sure how I setup an account to retrive external mail using the external domain name, user name, password and which account to download to. I hope I explained my problem correctly and any help would be gratly appreciated. 500 Points will be rewared
