i am having win xp Pro sp2 . when i try to open my C drive it show the error " application cannot be run on win 32mode"

Mr orangutang i was not able to run any application.
Try renaming the extension to .bat or .com.

Thank you. Make sure to run antivirus program just in case.
Does it work? Look for an Autorun.inf at the root... Delete it....
