Scrolling problem in Outlook 2007

When I write new email messages in Outlook 2007, the message view sometimes scrolls to the top of the message so that I cannot see the cursor at the end of the message where I am typing. I have to manually scroll back down (using the mouse wheel or the window scroll bars) until I can again see the spot with the cursor. But then it will sometimes happen again and again in the same message. Often it happens after I type a word on a new line after an automatic carriage return.

Due to another problem, I already ran diagnosics, and this problem was not solved.

Any ideas?

I tried step one, and so far it seems to work. I will continue testing for another day and if everything is fine I'll award points.

roxol, good to hear.  You issue sounded like a library file issue.
