RDC Terminal Server 2003 and Local Printing

Server - Terminal Server 2003
Local PC - Vista Business

The Server and Local Machine are not in the same place. 200 Miles apart.

I have a vista pc that the user remotes into the terminal server via RDC.
When we attempt to add a local printer on the RDC connection, the only option we have is to setup a network printer.   The local printer is greyed out.

We have around 15 users which do not have this issue using XP and vista.

I connect via the Vista with any account I know work on other machines and the local option is greyed out.

Any ideas
