I have removed the DB and created new one. Now i see the following message in the logs db. The new agent does not work, to me it seems that server is still looking for the old one. Is there any way to clean up server from old agents.<br />

Did you remove the Mail-in Database document? Or what did you exactly remove?<br />

Not necessary, it is done automatically wehn you physically remove a database (if that's what you've done).<br />

Ah, ok. And did you remove it via the Notes or Admin client?<br />

Then have a look at the Agent Manager Tell commands , in the Admin Help database. It shows you how to view the Agent Manager's schedule. There might be a problem with its queue. You can also see the queue using the Admin client.<br />

The easiest may be to restart the Agent Manager when it's idle. It will revisit all databases to see what agent runs when.

You saved the agent, therefore you send the mail. That's Notes (see also daj_uk's first post). You could sign the agent with the user's ID, but then you have to grant that user the rights to execute agents on the server.

Lotus Notes agent

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system.
