Thanks, was able to boot to special boot menu and select option to wipe the disks and start from scratch. &nbsp;Only issue was that I then had to completely reinstall the full version of OnTap to get filer view.

Does anyone know how (if) I can restore a NetApp FAS270C to its default factory settings? - I want to re-use a legacy device that has been misconfigured and trying to untangle the mess is proving fruitless and so was hoping there is an option to restore to the factory settings.
