I assume that there is not an Exchange server in the mix. &nbsp;If there is and the Entourage mail, etc, is stored on the server, creating an outlook account would automatically find all the user's info.<br />

So, if Exchange isn't in the picture, take a look at this. &nbsp;I don't think that it's a simple process to move everything from Entourage to outlook.<br />

I tried that, the emails transfer to a folder fine, but when i try to import them into outlook they show up as attachments. &nbsp;Is there a way to have the directly imported to the outlook mailbox?

I believe that I suggested several things that should have worked. &nbsp;Now, I'm not at the user's Mac so I can't say for sure and I am aware that converting emails to and from Outlook and/or a Mac can be tricky on the best day. &nbsp;However, the asker didn't even reply to my last suggestion. &nbsp;If nothing I suggested worked then I am fine with the question being closed.

I left a couple of specific answers from other sources that indicated ways to accomplish what the asker is trying to do. &nbsp;Specifically 23775605 and 23825294. &nbsp;According to the asker neither of these suggestions worked... although I really thought one of them would have. I also modified my response to one of my suggested solutions with 23835219 and it was to this last post that the asker never responded. &nbsp;I suppose that I can't really ask for points since I don't know if any of these may have actually solved the issue or if the asker was just not able to execute them properly. &nbsp; I hate to see the question just deleted since I think it contains valuable information.
