Embeded YouTube Video on the web site

We would like to embed some youtube video to our web page.
People can watch Video in our web page without clicking another link to watch the video.
I would like to know if this will use a lot of our internet bandwidth to do this way.
I want to make sure the video traffic is directly going from You tube web site to user's computers.
I do not want the video traffic coming to our internet line to suck any  bandwidth.
Thanks a lot.
