After cross platform database load, you need to run sp_post_xpload stored procudure. It checks all indexes and rebuild them if it is required. I guess the number of indexes requiring rebuild depends on internal format of numeric datatypes of two platforms as well as character set you are using in each platform. It may take long, but you don't need to do anything else other than running sp_post_xpload.

I have noticed that you said (Source and target OS with same endian). If it is the case sp_post_xpload may not need to rebuild any index at all.
