You are doing your command line telnet command correctly. &nbsp;I would look at the other side of the telnet. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
1) &nbsp;Is the port really open? &nbsp;(use any network scanner to determine this).<br />
2) &nbsp;Does the app accept telnet (some apps will disconnect a telnet almost immediately since the conversation flow is incorrect).
