Start the record process: 
Tools --&gt; Macro --&gt; Record New Macro 
 
Assign the macro to keyboard and pick an easy key to press repeatedly, like CTRL-L. 
 
After you record the above steps, press the stop button on the macro toolbar that appears when you start recording. 
 
Since you don't know VBA, and the list is relatively short, you can just press CTRL-L repeatedly until all of the e-mail addresses you don't want are gone. &nbsp;Or, if you have some spare time, you can go back into macros and edit the macro you just recorded. &nbsp;Use help to get information on VBA commands, and add in a loop routine to run through the recorded commands multiple times. &nbsp;You are going to need to write some sort of excape routine as well if you go this route. &nbsp;Good learning experience, but probably not the most efficient way to complete this specific task.
