Virus and network damage

A lot of our Windows XP Pro SP3 systems are reporting Trojan.Clampi being found and deleted with our Symantec Anti-virus program but we are having computers having adverse circumstances such as not being able to get their roaming profile or seeing other users local docuemtns on there hard drive.  We keep scanning and deleting this virus but the report on it is low.  Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.
