I'm having the dba create indexes on the tables, which were not there so that should help.<br />

I've been looking in the CMC and I've found the services, there are 6 differenct &quot;service catagories&quot; each containing between 5 and 10 services, but I can't find where the timeout limit is. &nbsp;Could you point me in the right direction?

I'm using CR2008.  Our users access the reports via InfoView.  This a very large report containing 10 subreports.  Sometimes it runs sometimes it gives a "The page cannot be displayed" message on InfoView.  It always runs fine when I run it from CR2008 Developer.  How can I make it always run?

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information.
