So if I'm a crm user, and I'm blind cc'd on an email by a crm contact and my information isn't in the P2 header informain will the email link because it gets in my mailbox?

BCC doesn't work with most of the supported methods (Forward Mailbox, Email Router, Outlook Client) if memory serves (I know it doesn't with the Forward Mailbox, by design, so I would assume not with the other methods)<br />

We want to set up ALL emails sent to or from a CRM contact to automatically link to that CRM contact record. &nbsp;I don't want this to be dependent on a particular users outlook system but to be organization wide. &nbsp;<br />

I was thinking of setting up journling and running CRM outlook client on the journal mailbox. &nbsp;has anyone done this? &nbsp;If not any other ideas? <br />
