NIC Traffic Skyrockets after Installing NLB

Hello,

I've installed NLB on my two 2003 Terminal Servers.  Everything is technically working, ie converged and distributing users between the two, but one of the clustered NIC cards has absolutely skyrocketing outbound activity.  The clustered NIC card on the other server seems to be acting normal, but the inbound is high, though probably from #1.  I attached screenshots of the problem NIC along with the NLB settings.  I'm using two NICs on each server with unicast and I know that increases traffic, but this seems a bit much.  Otherwise, this is a pretty vanilla setup.  I'm by no means a networking expert, so tell me what other info you need. What am I missing? Thanks!
