The Access Tab Control and ActiveX ListView controls do not seem to play nice together &nbsp;... for what its worth Tab controls and the native Access List Box controls don't play to nice together either.<br />

My workaround for this is typically to use ONE ListView (or List Box) that is NOT a part of the tab control, then I use the &nbsp;Tabs OnChange event to modify the Visibility and the ListItems (or Rowsource of a List Box) as appropriate for the tab that is selected.<br />

Another workaround I have done, would be to overlap many ListViews (or List Boxes) {again, they are NOT child controls of a Tab Control } then merely control the visibility of each ListView (List Box) as appropriate for the selected tab.<br />
<br />
One more work around ... use a sub-form control with a Source Object form in Datasheet view mode.

Yes I think all of your workarounds might fix the tab issue - However, I was just informed by a user that the control is floating on their screen on this form does not have tabs. &nbsp;Is Access just this finicky with the listview control? &nbsp;Do I have to lower myself to the listbox object?

I am using MS Access 2003 and VBA and trying to use for the first time a listview control on a form. &nbsp;The form has multiple tabs and each tab has its own listview control. &nbsp;I have successfully setup, populated etc.. the data on each listview in the form. &nbsp;The problem is when the form is loaded. &nbsp;The initial form's listview control floats all the way in the upper left part of the form. &nbsp;If i change tabs, the form snaps back into place and I can go back to the other tab and everything looks as it should. &nbsp;I have changed the starting tab of the form to another and everything appears fine. &nbsp;I have also tried to delete the tab and create a new one.. but the control still floats to the upper left of the form.<br />
