I would agree that reinstalling IIS/Exchange is a last resort.<br />

You don't really want to restore the SharePoint Administration website... (as it's something that should be reinstalled, as opposed to restored since there is most likely more than just the site that isn't working with Windows SharePoint Services).<br />

829113 should fix things for you, so do that first.<br />

I cannot use RDP to connect to another 2k3 server on the domain due to this I believe. <br />

That shouldn't have anything at all to do with not being able to use RDP to connect to another 2k3 server on the domain. &nbsp;<br />

It doesn't make sense that you are still missing the SharePoint Administration website in IIS if you properly completed KB 829114 because that process restores the site. &nbsp;Did you properly delete the SharePoint Admin site and associated registry keys as instructed in that document before reinstalling?<br />

I'd suggest that when you reinstall per the KB's above that you put EVERYTHING on the C: drive and then move it afterwards if you like. &nbsp;There should be no reason to move the companyweb site though because it doesn't take up any space. &nbsp;The database, however, can be moved.<br />

At this point, I'd suggest that you go through the troubleshooting and &quot;didn't work&quot; steps outlined here:<br />

So getting closer. I noticed the ISAPI filters pointing to companyweb were wrong. I corrected them. <br />
