I have personally experienced this issue in different implementations, BIS, BES, etc....no real pattern. &nbsp;It is also a pretty common issue among blackberry users to see this. &nbsp;It could be they have both a BES account and a BIS account on the same bb device. &nbsp;The common way I have prevented this or at this &quot;solve&quot; the problem is to resend the service book on the bb device. Go to the bb device and select Option &gt;&nbsp;Advanced Options &gt;&nbsp;Service Book. &nbsp;Delete all the entries in the service book, you wont be able to delete them all and you will have to delete them one by one. &nbsp;Then go to BES and right click on the user and select Resend the Service Book. &nbsp;If you are using only BIS, the option to resend is under the User's account on the left hand side. &nbsp;Wait 20 minutes and test. &nbsp;You obviously may have to wait longer in our case if its only happening ever once in a while. &nbsp;If that does not work, some others things that have solved it is because start from scratch on that device, back it up. &nbsp;Then wipe the device and delete the user completely from BES and restart the activation, then restore the device from backup.<br />

Once Spam has been filtered and rules have run, incoming messages are forwarded to the Blackberry. The problem is that every once in a while, an old email item, from the Outlook inbox, that may be several months to years old, will all of a sudden appear in the Blackberry's inbox, among the fresh mail messages. The item does not appear in the sent items in Outlook either. Any ideas?
