Intel Server SR2400 SATA Hot Swap Backplane

I have an Intel SR2400 server with an Intel server board SE7520JR2. I have an advanced management module and a SATA/SAS Hot Swap Backplane. I cannot get the firmware to update on the SATA backplane. I have tried everything I can find on the Internet, but with no luck. Every other component from the advanced management card, FDR/SRU, BMC, BIOS, etc. updated to the latest version just fine.

I thought I would ask the question here to see if anyone else has experienced this problem. Any suggestions or a place to look is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
