HP Laserjet P3005N Not Responding

Printers and Scanners

We have a HP Laserjet P3005N that is acting up.  It started yesterday, and was fine before that.

What happens is the printer freezes completely - doesn't respond to ping, can't print jobs.  When you go to the physical printer, it doesn't respond to pressing any buttons on the unit (menu, the check icon, etc).  It normally says ready, but sometimes says processing as in it was processing a job and locked up.

The only way to recover it is to power cycle the printer and then it's OK, for about 30 minutes before locking up again.  The time frame is consistent, regardless if jobs are sent or if it's idle.  Here is what I have done so far:

Turn off sleep mode
Verify all network settings
Move to different network port and power source
Upgrade Firmware to latest
Reset factory settings

Same thing - I thought it might be the I/O Jet Direct but that wouldn't explain why it doesn't respond when pressing the menu button.  No errors ever on the screen - the event log in the server hasn't logged anything.

Any suggestions?
