Thanks your method works great.<br />
But I did specify the name in each &quot;OpenQuery&quot; with the name of the macro. &nbsp;All it does is run my first macro in the list. &nbsp;I will accept yours as the solution but any other ideas where else I went wrong with the macro builder?

The Action is: OpenQuery<br />
The Action Argument (in the bottom) &quot;Query Name&quot;, will be the name of the *Query*<br />
(Not the name of the Macro)<br />

Do this for all of your queries in the macro.

I tried using the macro builder and the OpenQuery action to run my queries.  The macro runs the first one fine but it doesn't run next one that is in the "action list".  What am I missing?  Thanks.
