If you delete they don't go to the Recycle bin?<br />

no, if you just delete them they are marked as deleted (crossed out), then if you go to Edit-&gt; Delete Messages permanently they are deleted for real (I assume purge/delete etc. are the same, I'm using the german version)<br />
As far as I know this is standard behaviour when using Outlook and IMAP together, because outlook isn't able to use IMAP's Recycle Bin.<br />

I'm looking for a workaround or something, so I can either use the outlook's recycle bin or the one from the IMAP account.
