How can I get a blackberry to sync with changes made by a PA on an outlook account

When his PA accesses his email account via outlook 2007
Any amendments she makes, eg deletes an email, adds a calendar appointment are not replicated to the blackberry unit

Yes she has delegate privs and opens his mailbox from within her outlook
Ok it seems there are some issues with mailboxes being delegated. I have no idea when that will be solved. Take a look on the blackberry forums

How is the pa accessing the boss' mail box? Are you using delegated mailbox?
