I need to preload an entire PHP page (not only images and not only the body tag), in a way that only shows the content after it loads everything.
(And of course like to have a typical loading image while users wait)

How can I center a gif image while the page is loading, instead the "Page loading..."?
Sure, just insert a html image.

works partially...
- I can see the edges of the website while loading (not so nice...), and other javascript on the page (like the navigation menu) is always shown...
Can I tweak this bypass the problem? It's almost fine...
