I have Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager V11 installed on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise 64bit.
It used to work perfectly but I recently had to reinstall IIS7 due to an unrelated problem.
Since then, whenever I try and open the manager console I get the error: Unable to communicate with the reporting component.
The Console then loads but some of the sections are blank white.
Other than this Endpoint seems to be running as usual.
I've searched on the Symantec site and found several ways to fix this, unfortunately none have them have worked.
I did find that the ODBC connection was broken but fixing this didn't help.
I've checked all the things in IIS, PHP etc that were mentioned by Symantec but these didn't help.
Everything seems to be setup correctly but something is obviously wrong.
I've also tried doing a repair install of Endpoint but that didn't help.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?
