We have a user who will get duplicates of all spam messages in their inbox. The mail server we are using is Exchange 2003, with CMS XE-Filter as the spam filter. Intellegent message filtering is enabled on the Exchange server and is set to reject messages of SCL rating greater than 8 and junk e-mail is set to greater than 5. It looks like whenever spam comes in, this user will get an exact duplicate of the message, so there will be two of the exact same spam messages that come in at the same time. It is only spam that gets duplicated. No other messages do this.
Does anyone know why this could be happening and how to stop this?

What does message tracking show?
Does it show the two messages individually, or duplicating as it passes through Exchange.
