I need to develop a tech support policy for our company with what issues are important; time frames, escalation process, etc. Do anyone have a template or example like this?

Yes, I was really unsure of where to put this. We have two locations which used to run everything at a hosting company but we are bringing everything in house. Five Windows servers, VPN, websites, Office, Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint - using Spiceworks at help desk/inventory. I was just looking to see if anyone had a template on tech services - for example, when network goes down, that is first priority; time frames, etc.
