I am hesitant to give the domain name out as this is a client of mine and would like to keep their info confidential. <br />
I was able to complete the above steps and recieved the test email to the internal user that i specified. <br />

I have just figured out the solution, thank you for your reply. After checking with my hosting provider and them telling me that the MX record was correct after researching more i have found that the MX record was pointing to a different IP address other then that of my server. I have asked them to make the neccessary changes so i am hoping this should fix it.

It is sporadic at the moment...some emails are getting through some i hear are still being bounced back. I am hoping that things should come along once DNS has had more time to replicate.<br />
