The reports open no problem in Crystal 11 they will not open from within ACCPAC. When you add a shortcut to the report the report shortcut shows up but the reports will not open when clicked on. There is an ACCPAC error that says &quot;Unable to Load Report&quot;. <br />
I am thinking there is an additional step required when installing Crytal to get the newer version reports to open in ACCPAC like installing some sort of library files or something along that line.<br />

Anytime we try to open a report that has been modified by Crystal Reports 11 we are getting an ACCPAC error &quot;Unable to Load report&quot;. &nbsp;This is occurring for all reports not just the custom reports.<br />

I did copy the Crystal folder that is required for custom reports to the user profile (under the windows folder) but still unable to run any report modified by Crystal Reports 11 from within ACCPAC 5.1.<br />
